Scape Surrey will open in Guildford, a 7 minute walk from the University of Surrey. The University of Law, Guildford is less than 20 minutes away by bus, and you can reach Guildford College, Guildford Institute and Academy of Contemporary Music in only 15 minutes.

Our newest student accommodation will open 141 rooms over the summer of 2015, with a mixture of studios and 6 or 8 bed apartments. Every apartment will have a shared kitchen and lounge, and every single room at Scape comes with its very own TV.
Scape will open its third location in trendy Shoreditch in 2015. Situated in a quiet urban island just off the Old Street roundabout, our newest student residence will be home to 541 students and 50,000 square feet of educational facilities, communal areas and restaurant and retail space.

Scape Greenwich opened 280 designer studio rooms in September 2013 on the Greenwich Peninsula near The O2 arena. All rooms come with a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable double bed, ample built-in storage, an extended study desk and en suite shower room.
