Indian Tea Tasting
For India Week, we decided to explore the mysterious world of Indian teas. Over the course of the week, we tasted five different teas. From Assam, to Ceylon, to Darjeeling, we started out as novices, but ended the week as experts (kind of).
You can discover much more about Indian Food, as well as a a number of other topics at our India Week hub page.
