They provide industry leading air conditioning inspections and reports as well as a full range of compliance related services to ensure that businesses have the ability to reduce their environmental impact. Their services cover TM44 air conditioning reports, full Energy Audits, F-gas, Asbestos and Air Duct Inspections as well as Thermal Imaging Reports.

Due to further growth the is seeking experienced TM44 Energy Assessor qualified to Level 3 who would like to train to Level 4 and a Trainee Energy Assessor qualified to OND/HND Building Services or Graduate who is keen to train in compliance requirements and qualify to Level 3 TM44 Air Con Assessments.

Their services cover the whole of the UK so the successful applicant may be based anywhere but will need to travel to the company’s head office in the Newcastle Upon Tyne for training etc.

The person should be thorough and accurate by nature, quick to learn and pick up new information. Well organised and IT literate. Someone proactive, keen to succeed and motivated to work.

As a small expanding company, they envisage good opportunities for increased responsibilities in the future.
