About the Role

We are looking for a number of Graduates to join our Finance team located across the UK.

Finance plays a huge part in 2 Sisters and this programme offers you the opportunity to understand the scale and complexity around finance for one of the largest food manufacturers in the UK. You will be given real projects and be empowered to make real decisions by rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into life at 2 Sisters.

You will have 3 separate placements during your 3-year programme to gain experience across a broad spectrum of Finance. These areas include Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Shared Services Internal Audit and Tax & Treasury.

You will have exposure to people at all different levels and learn from some of the best in the industry. You will also have exposure to different areas of our business to broaden your knowledge in order for you to progress and develop your career.

We will support you and fund your CIMA/ACCA qualification right from the start as well as giving you a structured development plan. You will also be partnered with a buddy and a mentor who will be with you every step of the way.

You will be a natural self-starter, pragmatic in your approach, be highly numerate with attention to detail and capable of making decisions with a passion to drive our business forward.

About you:

- 2.1 minimum degree in any discipline

- Strongly analytical and numerical skills

- A real passion for all things food and finance!

Graduates are expected to relocate to any of our sites throughout the UK during your 3 years on the programme.
