Undergraduate Placement Year - Customer Training Opportunities

Customer Training Intern

As part of your job role, you will be responsible for:

* Taking training calls: advising customers, booking courses, taking payments, giving out information and dealing with queries

* Managing the department’s shared mailbox

* Co-ordinating the course accreditation paperwork process

* Helping out with reception duties

* Communicating updates to training course content

* Monitoring course bookings and sending emails to maximise attendance

* eAcademy (training booking system) maintenance tasks

* Various projects e.g. arranging & monitoring staff training sessions

Customer Training and College Links Intern

You will be responsible for supporting the Training managers in the departmental development and maintenance of the college links program by taking control of marketing to the colleges/training providers and creating material to work in-conjunction with our brand department.

* Liaise with colleges/ training provider to organise meeting

* Planning schedules for Product audits

* Attend meeting with colleges alongside Training managers

* Maintain and control the College links mailbox

* Monitor and control all college links contact on the Worcester website

* Support the assessment team in preparation of the assessment provisions

* Support the customer training team in preparation of courses material

* Manage the material flow of components to all Worcester Bosch and external training centres

You will also be a key support to our Worcester Contact Centre, answering inbound phone calls. This will allow you to develop and enhance your communication skills for the future
