Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor with an outstanding reputation and has worked on some of the most prestigious iconic building projects in the United Arab Emirates and Gulf Region. They are looking for a project quantity surveyor to be based in United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for -

* Day to day management and surveying aspects of the project.

* Preparing tender documents, cost plans, estimates and bills including fee management, job costings and resource requirements.

* Performing risk, value management and cost control.

* Preparing, submitting and monitoring variations, advising site team of results.

* Discussing and agreeing interim valuations and variations with subcontractors.

You will have –

* A BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

* 5 or more years’ experience with Tier 1 contractors.

* A strong core background/training with a Tier 1 main contractor with longevity
