Due to exceptional growth within the company, we are looking for a Graduate into Business to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.

The Role
 
As a Graduate into Business, you will follow a full graduate programme which will include spending time in New Product Development, Sample Department, Technical, QC and Production. You will join our fast-paced and innovative company and learn all about product development within food manufacturing.
 
This varied and engaging role will see you gaining a huge array of knowledge and plenty of experience within our industry sector, making this the ideal route to a rewarding career. 
 
About You
 
To join us as a Graduate into Business, you’ll need:
 
- A degree in a food related subject
- Good technical understanding
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- To be business-focused
