Job Description

Create and implement operational processes adhering to customer specifications and company standards
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
Develop best practices and implement solutions to help improve production rates, efficiency, cost and product quality by running improvement activities.
Continuous improvement of products and processes
Liaising with a number of departments e.g. Quality, Design etc to ensure the process meets all requirements.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualification Required

Has a degree in Aerospace, manufacturing engineering or similar.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing
